The Neptune Hotels & SPA use the gestgid as the first hotels in Greece. The hotel uses the gestgid to provide various information about the SPA, services, restaurants, bars and even more details in the app. Therefore the guests are able to see the required information at any time. With our integrated booking function and iFeedback®, the guests are able to give feedback during their stay directly to the management or to book their next stay. Furthermore the Neptune Hotels have also integrated an interface to HolidayCheck and TripAdvisor in conjunction with the gestgid, so that the guests are also able to spread their opinion not only on iFeedback®, but also on other public feedback platforms, in order to show other guests their positive impressions.
